Privacy Policy of Invoiler

Your privacy is important to us. Invoiler does not sell your personal data. We collect only what's necessary to generate and manage your invoices and business documents.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Privacy Commitment & No Data Sale

Invoiler (a product of Qcial Labs) values your privacy, especially given the sensitive business and financial data our tools handle. We explicitly do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or business data to third parties.

We never sell or trade invoice content, client names, financial figures, or contact details to data brokers or advertisers.
Data you enter into our document generators — such as client names, amounts, addresses, or line items — is used strictly to render and export your document.
We adhere to strict data minimization principles: we only retain what is necessary to provide the service you request.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to generate documents, operate optional accounts, and secure our infrastructure.

Document content you enter into a generator — such as business names, client details, line items, amounts, and dates — used solely to produce your invoice, receipt, quote, or other document.
Basic HTTP log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp, used for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.
Account information (such as name and email address) only if you choose to register for saved templates, document history, or similar optional features.
Payment information is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor if you subscribe to a paid plan; we do not store full card details on our servers.

3. Document Data Retention & Deletion

Because our tools process financial and client information, we treat document data with extra care around storage and retention.

If you use our tools without creating an account, documents are generated client-side or processed transiently and are not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to deliver the export.
If you create an account and choose to save templates or document history, that data is retained until you delete it or close your account.
You may request deletion of your account and associated saved documents at any time by contacting us.
Upon account deletion, associated document data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.

4. Web Analytics & Usage Diagnostics

We utilize privacy-focused web analytics tools to understand aggregate website usage and improve performance.

Analytics measure aggregate metrics like page views, referrer source, country-level location, and device type.
Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated — individual user profiling, tracking of document contents, or cross-site tracking is never performed.
Analytics data is used strictly by our technical team to optimize site load speed and tool reliability.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect the financial and business data passing through our tools.

All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Where document data is temporarily processed server-side (e.g. for PDF generation), it is handled in memory and not permanently stored unless you explicitly save it to an account.
Server and database access is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
We do not use your invoice or client data to train any third-party or internal AI/ML models.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Invoiler uses minimal cookies and browser local storage essential for site functionality.

Local storage may be used to store in-progress document drafts on your own device and interface preferences such as dark/light theme mode.
We do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies or behavioral targeting scripts.
You can clear local storage, remove saved drafts, or reject optional cookies via your browser settings at any time.

7. Privacy Rights & Contact Info

You have the right to request access, correction, export, or deletion of any personal or business data we hold about you.

For any privacy-related requests, including data deletion or export, email us at contact@qcial.com.
Requests sent to contact@qcial.com are reviewed and actioned promptly by our privacy team.
